Not everything worth marking has a name. The end of a long project, a hard decision someone finally made, six months sober, a house move, a divorce that was the right call, the first day of something they have been dreading. None of these come with a card in a shop.
This card is blank on purpose. You write the cover greeting as well as the message, so it says whatever the moment needs rather than borrowing the nearest available occasion. Choose the colours, the decorations and the reveal to match the tone: celebratory, gentle, funny, or quiet. Suggestions are there too, though a card with no template tends to want words that are entirely yours.
With nothing guiding you, the rule is simply to be direct. Say what the occasion is, say why you noticed it, and say what you think of them for getting here. Unnamed milestones are the ones people most want acknowledged, precisely because nobody else does.

Entirely. With no occasion setting the tone, the card is whatever you write: a running joke, a mock award, a deliberately over-serious card about something trivial.

Pick the one that matches the mood rather than the occasion. Popping balloons and clinking glasses suit celebration; tracing a heart suits something affectionate; the quieter reveals suit something gentle.
